Commercial binding turnaround time

I am seeking information about turnaround time for commercial binding
shipments.

I am particularly interested in experiences other institutions have had
with two week turnaround time.  Has binding quality been affected by two
week vs. four week turnaround?  How many volumes can be sent on a two
week basis?  How much does it cost?  How far from the library is the
binder?
