I would like to recommend an excellent article by Karen Colby, describing the development of a new lighting policy at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. "A Suggested Exhibition Policy for Works of Art on Paper" is published in the Journal of the International Institute for Conservation - Canadian Group (IIC-CG), Vol.17, 1992. It describes a lighting policy based on three basic categories of sensitivity, and provides lists of specific inks, pigments, other media, and supports in each category.
