IMS, NEH, NEA reauthorization and appropriations

I have just returned from Washington DC, where optimism on the survival
of these endowments is scarce.  I most strongly urge all distlist
readers to contact your Representatives and Senators to express your
opinions about whether funding should be provided for these agencies,
and what the implications of funding or lack thereof may be.

sent to your representatives.
