Subject: Cement sealant
We have cement floors in an A/V storage area that need to be sealed. Materials in the room include film, tape, phonograph records, Edison cylinders, etc. The sealer that the university uses contains ether which we are told will be harmful to the material. Moving the collection out during the process seems difficult to impossible. Is there a sealer that will be safe to use in the presence of A/V materials?
