Schott is a company that produces glass products for laboratories. Their
cold light lamp is a light source (halogen lamp) that projects the light
through glass fibres on a surface thus eliminating IR radiation. The
light can be coloured using filters. Also you can use different shapes
on the glass fibre ends: circular, focussing etc. They come in different
models with a varying number of glass fibres, light strength (also
variable) and a choice of flexible or less flexible fibres. The units
are stackable and air cooled. Some model numbers: KL 1500 electronic and
