Organizational structure of bindery preparation units

I am seeking information on the organizational structure of bindery
prep. units (BPU) at other academic libraries.

Currently the BPU at N.D. is under the direction of the Serial Records
Unit supervisor.  However, the BPU is currently housed with, and works
closely with the Preservation Unit.

The director of the N.D. Libraries has established a task force to look
at the management of serials and one of the charges of the task force is
to investigate the organizational placement and physical location of the
BPU.

I would appreciate any information relating to the organizational
structure of other bindery prep. units. Thank-you,
