NEDCC Preservation Manual

There has been some confusion regarding the Northeast Document
Conservation Center's second edition of _Preservation of Library and
Archival Materials: A Manual_.  The new edition contains 46 leaflets,
including 11 new titles.  All 37 leaflets from the first edition have
been updated, and several were consolidated, making 37 + 11 = 46 :).
Those who purchased the first edition of this book do not need to
repurchase the second edition.  NEDCC has a manual supplement available.
