Old Wei T'o

Solutions of Wei T'o which are 8-10 years old are not likely to be
useful. You might contact Dick Smith at P.O. Drawer 40, Matteson, IL
60443, (312) 747-6660 to confirm this.  I recall a discussion I had with
him some years ago during which he mentioned that some formulations of
Wei T'o had a shelf life of approx. 6 months.
