You have excellent resources right at home.  Talk to Paul Banks at the
U. TX/Austin library/archives conservation program, the conservation
staff at Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center.  Bill Lull,
environmental consultant (609-259-8050) will also be up to date, but I
doubt that you'll find that recommendations have changed significantly
in the past two years.
