Symposium on collaboration between conservators and art historians

Dialogue and Discovery:  Collaboration between Conservators and Art
Historians is the title of a symposium to be held on Saturday, 9 April
1994 at the Mount Holyoke College Art Museum in conjunction with the
exhibition.  Speakers will discuss collaborative projects between
historians and scientists, philosophical issues of conservation,
contemporary controversies, and specific analyses and treatments.  Free;
