Guidelines for microform handling

Not too long ago, UMI put out a video entitled "Caring for Your
Microform Collection: The Next Step in Preservation." I obtained a free
copy by calling Elaine Cavin, Marketing Manager at UMI at
1-800-521-0600, ext. 3793. It's very basic, but good for showing to
student assistants, etc. Also, AIIM puts out two publications: "Care and
Handling of Active Microform Files" and "Micrographics: Care and
Handling." If you call 301-587-8202, they will send you a publications
catalog.  Hope this is what you're looking for.
