Evaluating binderies

Carol Eyler, preservation librarian at Mercer University (1300 Edgewood
Avenue, Macon, GA 31207-0001, 912-752-2960) is a wonderful source of
information on library binding.  She's taught in several of the ALA
binding institutes and elsewhere, so she's developed easy-to-use
handouts on evaluating binding and binders, improving your binding
program, binding options, etc.  I'm sure she'd be happy to give advice.
