Date due slips

Our Circulation Department is currently using pressure sensitive notes
for date due slips.  It is time to reorder and I have been asked if they
should continue to use them.  The pressure sensitive adhesive was the
reason for their inquiry because I had mentioned the problems regarding
sticky notes.  However, the paper tested acidic so I have a two-fold
reason to want to recommend another type of date due slip. What types of
date due slips are other libraries using?
