In response to Shirley Rodnitzky's question about the use of blue-wool
standards to monitor total light dose, the authoritative source of
guidance on how to interpret the exposed cards is:

Feller, Robert L., and Johnston-Feller, Ruth M. "Use of the
International Standards Organization's blue-wool standards for
exposure to light. II. Instrumental measurement of fading." American
Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, Preprints
of Papers Presented at the Seventh Annual Meeting. Washington, D.C.:
    AIC, 1979, pp. 30-6.
