Mass deacidification test

From: Janet Gertz <gertz>

In response to Cathy Atwood's comment of August 3, we selected the
infinity symbol to use primarily because we needed something that was
not alphanumeric. Any letter or number, or even a plus sign, on the
spine of a book can and will be misinterpreted by someone as part of the
shelving location. The infinity symbol has at least some relevance in
marking a book which has been deacidified.
