IPI storage guide for acetate film

Just a quick announcement to let people know that the "instruction" (??)
manual arrived yesterday afternoon.  Shipments will trickle until we get
our grant proposal out (Tuesday).

Shipping of the IPI Storage Guide for Acetate Film will start fast and
furiously on Wednesday (June 2).

We thank everyone for their patience and hope that they will feel that
the guide was worth the wait.
