I don't have the answer's you're looking for but you may find them
through Polly Fox, editor or INK & GALL in New Mexico. I don't have her
address, but you'll probably be able to find it in an OCLC or RLG
bibliographic record or through your Acquisitions Department.  Polly
will probably know someone who works with aher.

But, if not the American Craft Council Library in NYC maintains a
library and reference service (which incur costs).  The Library is
associated with the Museum I think.
