Soluvar

A recent posting on the Cons DistList mentioned the use of Soluvar as a
lacquer to use over and under numbers on objects.  I'm trying to collect
information on polymers being used by non-conservators on objects (numbering,
consolidation by archaeologists/palaeontologists, etc....).  So, does anyone
have product literature on Soluvar (manufacturer, chemical composition,
solvents etc.). I'd appreciate receiving it via Internet or snail mail.
