Frame repair

A 17th century oil painting fell from the wall; and while the painting
is fine, a few pieces of the frame fell off.  The frame is not wood;
possibly plaster and possibly as old as the painting itself.  We have
saved the pieces and need to know whom to contact for advice about
replacing them.
