Baggy back

"bag book" is a synonym (if a dumb sounding one) for a girdle book.  Ive
never run across "Baggy-Back" but, depending on where you heard it and
when, it might refer to the sort of thing that Robert E does, where the
leather isnt adhered to the spine (in which case it would be a serious
misnomer (they are free but not "baggy")
