Disaster workshops

The Northwestern Unversity Library Disater Prevention Action Team is
nearing completion of their disaster manual and want to test its
effectiveness.  We want to plan a mock disaster in the summer  --
probably a water disaster.  Has any one else staged a similar event?
How long was it?  Who was involved in the planning?  What level of staff
participated in the workshop?  Was there a follow up showing the staff
the condition of salvaged materials?  I'd appreciate any information.
