 There is a BBS that I encourage all personnel involved in HAZ-MAT to
 look into. It is sponsored and run jointly by FEMA and the Department of
 Transportation. It is at (708) 972-3275.

 There is a wealth on information on this system. There are also
 extensive listings of available training seminars etc...

 Another source for Emergency Management personnel is the "quick
 Epicenter Determination System of t he U.S.G.S. this is at (800)
 358-2663. Both are 1200 bps, 8bit no parity access. worthwhile access.
