BAPNet meeting plans

Per Karen Mokrzycki's question about meetings in March or April, I am
tied up most of March, and will be out of town April 7-9, but could
conceivably make a meeting April 10, but not in Santa Cruz.  The first
Thrusday in April is the 3rd.  Why not have it in Santa Cruz then?
