Hi Stan:
All the issues are numbered. They say right on the cover Issue 1, Issue 2, etc. These articles are in issues 2 and 3. Issue 1 is dated May 1995. I'm not sure if it was a monthly magazine back then, but I would guess Issues 2 and 3 are 1995.
