Ah, that Disc Book. Just picked a copy up from Abebooks. Thanks for the tip. Published 11 years 
before I was born.

I didn't know people called LP's "discs" back then. I figured it was "disk" until personal computers 
and CD's came along. I always refer to grooved shellac, vinyl and acetate as "disks", whereas 
magnetic hard drives and CD's are "discs." Old radio guys I've known have referred to records as 
"platters."
