This conversion will require several items .
1) the 2/4 minute gear shift
2) the gear cover which is specially made for the 2/4 gearset and is
often not included with the gears , but found separately .
3) an H reproducer with the proper stylus for the 4minute cylinder's
groove .
I have converted an Edison Standard 2 minute machine to 2/4 minute for
a friend recently . Finding the parts is hard , the installation is
relatively
easy . It would probably be easier to find a 2/4 minute phongraph ; but
make sure it has both C and H reproducers . Good Luck !
