Clearly you are not misrepresenting what is offered for sale. I don't know what other dealers are doing as I'm no longer active as a collector. I do recall that we were all very reluctant to bid or make purchases from dealers who were not conscientious in their rating of the records they sold. One dealer in particular, I believe, lost a lot of business this way.
