[ARSCLIST] Louisville Recordings dates

Is there anyone on this list who knows if there is a single, concise, 
source for the recording dates of the entire Louisville Orchestra First 
Edition series? A lot of the CD re-issues that I own have dates and 
venues for all the recordings from Mester onward, but little information 
for the ones conducted by Whitney. I see that Whitney's papers and also 
those of the First Edition project are all at the University of 
Louisville, but these collections have only a brief description online 
and no container list. I could probably dig up nearly all of the LPs 
that were issued without too terribly much trouble and then hope for at 
least an issue date to appear somewhere on the notes or label, but it 
sure would be simpler if someone out there has already compiled a 
discography of this incredibly important set of recordings.
