I sold all of my Blue Notes,when I first got on eBay six years ago,and I don't have as many original Folkways as I would like.I recently pulled out a couple of older blues Folkways I own,and noticed these were RCA-Custom pressings.I recently scored a M- copy of "There's a Brown Boy In The Ring" real cheap on eBay,which is an original Plastylite pressing.This brought a couple of questions to mind:

What exactly is the history of Plastylite ?Did they last into the 70s,and 80s ?

How many labels did Plastylite press records for,besides Blue Note,and Folkways,and what were these labels ?

Ah yes,more unanswerable questions,I'm full of them.
