There are some Google tricks that help narrow the search. One I use a 
lot is to put quote marks around all or some of the key words, which 
restricts the search to only that phrase in exact order. For example,  
Beethoven Piano Sonata No. 27 returns 184,000 pages, while "Beethoven 
Piano Sonata No. 27" returns 2,670 pages-all of which have the complete 
phrase in order.
