Oy, I've tried that. Wow is that a PITA to pull off. You have to have things with not always straight edges lined up perfectly straight or it's a lengthy "rotate image" nightmare in Photoshop. No way I want to do that for large quantities of images. That's my in-a-pinch trick. I will say that I did pull it off well enough, once, as to produce a cover image currently used in a reissue CD's booklet. But remember that shrinking down to postage stamp size covers many sins.
