Re: [ARSCLIST] LC Record Cleaning Solution/TergitolT 15-S-7 surfactant

But such nice soft hands you'll have (to say nothing of nice soft contaminated records).

I've heard some people swear by "Dawn" as being milder than others, but this may have been in another application such as cleaning uncoated aluminums.

(Wonder if the dollar store cheapo detergents would be more effective and less full of gunk? Just kidding.)

Caution: I don't know Sunlight, but NEVER use a dish-washing detergent intended for hand-washing dishes on disc recordings: nearly all of them include hand lotion and will contaminate your disc surfaces at least as much as they were contaminated when dirty.

Unable to find a Dow Chemical distributor locally i
tried entering TergitolT 15-S-7 surfactant in

What i got back was Sunlight Liquid Dishwashing
concentrate contains sufacants.... (Granger 62oz $6)

Could be close substitute and our records would have
that fresh lemon scent to them....
I may just give it a try for $6 ... can always give
it to wife.
Im also guessing Smart and Final would carry the
industrial strength as well.
