On both buff labels:
Presented bt Ramsdell, Inc
New York, N.Y.
Wm. Irving Hamilton, Inc.
The matrices appear to be Decca.
Lucy etc. seems a blackface skit.
Chicazola is a street in Norfolk, VA.
