Hello, Blake,

The performance is indeed most enlightening.  On the other hand, little has changed since Emile Berliner and Eldridge Johnson first got together to set up toe operational details around 1898.  I assume that this film refers to methods used in 1942,  It would have been nice to know how long the various steps took, since it looks like one technician was responsible for at least eight or more different electrolytic steps, then the preparation of the batch, and finally it appears that the records were actually pressed one by one by hand.
