----- just as probable as damaging an ordinary LP by placing the stylus at 
the end. In other words: you would have to let the turntable run backwards if 
you wanted to go outside-in on this. And without a suitable pickup you might 
damage both that and the record.

----- after cleaning, just start playing it from the centre. The pickup will 
find its own way to the end at the edge.
