That document is a mimeo or the like. I've seen the identical item at the Johnson Victrola Museum in Dover.

The document looks like a script for a lecture or radio production. I'm guessing he means "sketch" as is a short dramatic or comedy routine. Not a very good use of the English language. Too bad he doesn't have pictures of all the pages clear enough to read.
