Just the French speaking half. They're the bad seeds. Then on to France. It's obvious that the beginning of the downfall of the record industry happened when Canada, that incredible juggernaut of a consumer economy, teaming with tens of tens of corporate brainwashed types, started pirating. Yeah, that explains it.

I suspect that part of the pressure has to do with lengthening Canada's 50-year copyright term when they use terms like "bring into line" but the article appears to focus on immediate piracy.
