Just the French speaking half.  They're the bad seeds.  Then on to 
France.  It's obvious that the beginning of the downfall of the record 
industry happened when Canada, that incredible juggernaut of a consumer 
economy, teaming with tens of tens of corporate brainwashed types, 
started pirating.  Yeah, that explains it.
