Actually it will be sixty years of the Lp,in less than two years.There is an incredible amount of new non-classical material out there on Lp,and most of it goes straight to eBay.There is no way any one person,or series of books could cover it all.My mind is somewhat of a fog right now,but I can only think of one Silvertone label on Lp,and that's the 90s blues label.The two Sears labels I am aware of are both 78.The early Mercury Lps are from a myriad of sources.I have forgotten what the little labels they got the jazz from were,but the classical are from several sources,among them Supraphon.I can't recall offhand where the German stuff from.Can you jog my memory on this,Tom ?

Kurtz Myers "Index to Record Reviews" include his untanglings. The "Record
Ratings" short version cover util c. 1956 (though it says later). The
latter is around for c. $ 25, the former, 4 volumes at $ 500, the
supplements $ 100-200 per volume. Or less, if you're lucky. It covers
mostly classical releases.
