what do you mean you're a "horn man"? Do you mean you want something with
a horn driver? I don't have any such speakers thus can't speak with any
knowledge on the topic.
I may be needing a new set of speakers,myself,soon.Any suggestions? I am
strictly a horn man.I prefer to buy on eBay,so I would like to buy
something,that doesn't cost a hundred bucks to ship.

I've got a University 12" triaxial in the original (BIG!) cabinet, which
has a tiny horn for the tweeter, mounted in the center of the woofer cone,
with an intermediate driver for midrange, mounted between the two. It's
only rated at 25 Watts, and I think I blew the crossovers playing my guitar
through it. When I bought it, the woofer had a rip in it, so I had it
reconed (for about $120, the first place I went to didn't want to touch it)
and it sounds great to me.
I don't want to sell it though..
