"EMI The First 100 Years" by Peter Martland, in general throughout several
areas of the chapter on EMI 1931-1961, but specifically on pages 155-157.
(Pages refer to the US edition published by Amadeus Press, but I imagine that
the pages are similar if not identical to those of the UK version.)
