Not sure what the problem is, unless it's a browser plugin issue.
Go to http://www.masterdigital.com/24bit/audiopreservation.htm and look for
the link, about 40% of the way down the page. Right-click the link to save
the file to your desktop, and then open it directly in Acrobat 7.0 or later.
The file is about 1MB.
