Ah, my favorite teaching example, PEM 469! In an attempt to avoid the
problems associated with Ampex products, I ordered some of the AGFA. This
was about 15 years ago. Within five years it began to "ooze" terribly.
Just a few feet of it caused the machine to stop. Fortunately, baking worked.
