It's probably too late, but ...

If you haven't a convenient WWW site for posting it, there are free 
services such as Spread-It and Megaupload which will host large files 
(up to 250 MB at Megaupload, 500 MB at Spread-It) at no charge for 
upload and any number of downloads. Each has different requirements and 
one might consider RapidShare, but the free flavor has drawbacks.
