Julie London made some decent records....not that most male record buyers of
the 50s and 60s ever looked inside the jackets and probably wouldn't have
noticed if the record had turned out to be Ken Griffin. And Julie is definitely
not the voice in question here.

I can't remember what Leslie Uggams sounds like. Anything she recorded for MGM
was REALLY early though, mostly kids records.
