Re: [ARSCLIST] Leonid Kogan dates



I thought that confusion was around an Oistrakh recording, according to
WERM..that lists Oistrakh-Gauk on Period and Oistrakh-Khachaturian on Coloseum
and questions the authenticity, claiming the Kogan-Khachaturian is "the only
recent recording in the USSR catalogues". But I long ago learned never to take
anything at face value on old Soviet issues OR Period or Bruno or any of the
other labels of that era. Too bad there isn't an online Kogan discography as
there is for Oistrakh.
