Like many other class action lawsuits (Netflix for example), these can drag
on for years. Note that if you fill out all the info and submit by DECEMBER
2006 (10 months from now) they will add you to the list and sometime in 2007 or
2008 - when all appeals have been filed - you may get your $7.50 and a free
download!
I have two different stocks which were involved in cass action suits and the
form to fill out was 4 pages plus they needed coopies of statements and then
- MAYBE - you'd get something.
Boy wouldn't it be great if someone wrote these class action settlements in
plain english and made them simple. These make tax forms look easy.
