Dear All,

just a personal experience with Keith Monks (guest user, alas!) and the VPI. 
The vacuum cleaner in the VPI is so terribly noisy that you cannot hear how 
good results it really gives, unless you wait for a while. Suction is noisy 
but a sales feature for home vacuum cleaners - the noiser the more efficient. 
If I were to clean many records in a row I would rebuild the VPI to keep the 
suction in a different room. As it is now, I use earplugs.
