I think there's a good chance that it survives. A few years ago, a book about the "Breakfast Club" show was published, which included a CD with excerpts from various programs done over the years. I believe Don McNeil was still alive at the time of publication. I have the book at home and can check it later this week for further information on the existence and location of "Breakfast Club" recording, if no one else on this list has the book.
