I'll second that. I've been looking for some audio gear and the guy I've been talking with has proved knowledgeable and willing to help me find what I need. I wouldn't mind paying a little more if I know I can go to them for assistance and get something worth my money.

Might try Sweetwater Sound. I've had good relations with them over the
years. Neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but in return I've
gotten excellent customer service. Could be I've just been lucky, but I
don't think so.
