Hi, Eric,

If you mean audiodisc as in the group that was also audiotape, aka
Audio Devices, then they were absorbed into Capitol Records, I
believe, and finally shut down. This is what I wrote for the ARSC
newsletter earlier this year:

"Capitol Magnetics which acquired the Audiotape name from tape
pioneer Audio Devices stopped making tape in 1988."

I don't know if that's any help.
